Göteborg International Film Festival is not just about films. We also publish books and magazines, the most important ones being:
The festival program:
Printed in 105 000 copies, it contains info on all films, seminars and other events during Göteborg International Film Festival. Here you'll also find a map and information about movie theatres and other meeting points. The program is sent to all Filmkonst subscribers. A couple of days later it's available nationwide for everyone else. The program is your guide before, during and after the festival.

The catalogue:
Printed in 3000 copies, it contains detailed information about all films screened at the festival and about their directors. Here you'll find filmographies, biographies, info on producers and sales agents and such. And, of course, pictures and personal comments from the directors. The catalogue 2005 has a new form and spans 220 pages and can be purchased for 100 Skr at the ticket desks. It's available in print as soon as the festival kicks off.
The Dragon:
A daily newspaper printed in 6000 copies. In circulation throughout the festival, during which time it's delivered to movie theatres and hotels in the festival area each morning. The Dragon's staff can be found at Hotel Riverton where they work all through the nights. In the Dragon, you'll find news reports, columns, gossip, polls, letters to the editor and interviews with guests at the festival. The Dragon is also available in a web version.

Filmkonst:
The festival's own magazine, published six times a year. Filmkonst is Sweden's most unpredictable publication. A magazine, a paperback book, a DVD, a comic book, a book of poetry or a game - Filmkonst is all this and then some. Subscribers to Filmkonst become Göteborg International Film Festival members and get a head start to the tickets. On top of that, invitations to preview screenings, gala premieres and other film related goodies keep popping up. A subscription costs 299 Skr.
